Jubail Export Refinery Project work for Package 5B with supply water and electricity to the refinery.
The refinery treats 400,000 barrels a day of heavy crude oil to produce diesel and jet fuel.
It also produces 700,000t of paraxylene, 150,000t of benzene and 200,000t of propylene a year.
